The Role: Graduate/Associate Consultant - Renewables (Australia)
We are currently looking to hire a graduate Associate Recruitment Consultant who has the desire to join a ‘start-up’ and help grow the business across various locations and sectors. You will be a part of an ambitious team driving innovative recruitment solutions and strategic business growth to build the best recruitment desks possible.
Location: Gold Coast Office or remote working in Australia in the medium term
Responsibilities
Grow the NextWave Company Brand and establish your own personal brand as a market leading consultant in your specialist area.
Network with and headhunting of the world’s top energy professionals
Maintain and build a portfolio of existing client accounts currently generating strong revenues for NextWave
Through training and mentoring from Senior Management you will individually grow an enviable client base by tracking energy sector investment in financial markets - consulting in early stage project development/M&A in order that you capture and extract maximum value along the project lifecycle during development, construction and operations.
International travel with face to face client meetings to develop deeper relationships with clients and candidates
Prioritising workload whilst working autonomously with confidence
Your Profile:
Entrepreneurially minded and keen to build a micro business
Hard-working and driven to make their mark on the energy & infrastructure recruitment industry
Motivated to achieve above and beyond the competition in results and earnings
Confident, humble, resilient, and an ability to think outside the box
You are nimble with an ability to spot opportunities and move quickly to capitalise on them.
No recruitment experience required
Has a passionate interest in business and people

Australian citizen, PR, or under temporary graduate visa
