The Role – Executive Business and Digital Marketing Analyst
In this role, you will get to work hand in hand with our Executive and ensure that the business constantly drives forward with the speed and scale for exponential growth.
Key market focus include: Clean Energy & Sustainable Infra Investment, Impact Investment, Climate Change & Net Zero Carbon Strategy, Sustainability & ESG Consulting, Clean Energy Project Development + Project Execution & Asset Management, Offshore Wind, Climate-Tech, Carbon-Tech, Impact-Tech, Urban- Tech, Hydrogen & CCUS + Battery Storage, Smart Cities & Digital Infrastructure
You will work across multiple functions within the business supporting the executive in sales, training, management, finance, strategy, marketing, talent attraction, digital strategy, business ops, and much more!
Responsible for managing the schedules and communications of our executive to ensure that business decisions are made with urgency and precision.
Act as the key point of contact for our executive and help prioritize emails and phone calls with all parties.
Coordinate information given from the finance and accounting team on financial performance and work with our executive to push through to sales performance communications and activity
Help with gathering, distributing and creating documents alongside our executive, through Microsoft tools namely Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Work on any arrangements for meetings or travel plans if required.
Strong interest in understanding business decision-making, with the ability to be forward-thinking and help connect the dots so nothing gets missed.
Drive the business forward by ensuring our executive’s digital portfolio is managed.
Cover digital marketing strategy and implementation - including projects such as managing and hosting a podcast recording, website and marketing.
Work on planning, scheduling and creating content for marketing - including social media posts, brochures and the website. Able to keep content up to date and work with business stakeholders to ensure things are changed real time.
Oversee campaigns such as Search Engine Optimization, email marketing and digital lead acquisition from various social media and website channels.
Be versatile and able to take on new responsibilities and challenges that come with a scaling growth business.
Ideally Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution either in Business Management, Marketing or related fields.
Experience running digital marketing campaigns and expert user of social media sites such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram.
High computer proficiency, especially able to use Microsoft tools, Excel, Word and PowerPoint to a degree of excellence.
Familiar with Google AdWords, Google Analytics.
Very strong communicator with ability to work with a variety of international stakeholders, both within and outside of the business.
Driven to excel and learn the ins and outs of how a business is run. Be able to keep information confidential and work to a high degree of integrity.
Able to work under pressure and time constraints, delivering to timelines set by the executive.
Can work on multiple projects at once and prioritize their tasks accordingly.
Strong will to learn and constantly challenge themselves, with a hunger to see a business grow and scale, through working closely with an executive.
Constantly striving to be better, by helping to improve standards and processes.
