About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to be based in Singapore to cover ESG and Sustainability roles across a range of clients.

We are looking for someone who has the desire to see how far they can push themselves outside of the traditional recruitment career path with a development plan to a Senior Management position from day one.

Responsibilities
    • Grow the NextWave Company Brand and establish your own personal brand as a market-leading consultant.

    • Network with some of the world’s top professionals in the industry.

    • Receive training and mentoring from Leading Consultants with years of experience in their field and grow an enviable client base.

    • Be able to use a variety of methods to source top talent in the market.

    • Work with individuals in understanding their expertise to match them to the right opportunities and companies.

    • Develop and nurture a wide client base from Investment Funds to Asset Managers and Development companies.

    • Develop deeper relationships with clients and candidates.

    • Strong ability in prioritising your tasks to ensure the best time management.

Your Profile
    • Prior experience in recruitment, ideally within the ESG industry is essential. Otherwise highly transferable market segments include but are not limited to: Renewable Energy, Clean Energy, Infrastructure or Climate Tech.

    • Fluency in English is essential, proficiency in a second Asian language would be seen as a positive to specialize in regional work.

    • Entrepreneurially minded and keen to build a micro-business.

    • Hard-working and driven, proven in academia, sport, or your career to date.

    • Motivated to achieve above and beyond the status quo.

    • Confident, humble, resilient, and the ability to think outside the box.
