The Role
Y這位新夥伴將負責確保我們在台灣的約聘員工營運順利。你會和我們的人才顧問、財務和 營運團隊密切合作，確保約聘員工能順利地入職和動員。你的工作內容將包括安排國際旅 行、處理簽證並確保法令遵循，同時與跨國和跨文化的團隊合作。這個職位提供了一個在 快速變動的環境中展示你協調能力的好機會，並能發揮自己的影響力。
Join our team as a critical player in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our contractor services. You will connect our Recruitment Consultants, Finance, and Operations Teams, ensuring seamless onboarding, mobilisation, and timely payments. Your responsibilities will include organising international travel, managing visas, and ensuring compliance, all while working with a diverse, multinational, and intercultural team. This position offers a unique opportunity to demonstrate your coordination skills in a dynamic environment and make a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities
安排約聘員工的入職和動員，包括國際旅行和簽證。
持續支援約聘員工，確保他們的問題能夠快速且有效地解決。
管理約聘員工的文件，確保符合客戶要求。
收集工時表並確保薪水能及時支付給約聘員工。
與薪酬公司和內部薪酬團隊協調約聘員工的薪水事宜。
處理團隊指派的臨時任務。
Manage the contractor onboarding and mobilisation process, including international travel arrangements and visas.
Provide ongoing support to contractors, ensuring their queries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
Collate and review contractor paperwork to ensure compliance with client requirements.
Collect timesheets and ensure timely payment to contractors.
Liaise with payroll providers and internal payroll teams regarding contractor salaries and expenses.
Handle any ad-hoc activities requested by the department.
