About the Role

We are working with a with an advisory firm focusing on development impact in emerging economies across the public and private sector.

The company works in highly complex and dynamic environments, and has become established as an innovative, principled and trusted advisor to clients across Africa and the world. They have a strong track record working across water management mandates in South Africa and are looking to further accelerate their growth in the sector by bringing on a Water Consultant. This position will be based in Pretoria, South Africa, and you will be reporting to the Associate Director.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality research and analysis
• Provide support across various projects (ie. presentations, literature review, reports etc)
• Co-ordinate project logistics
• Engage in client meetings and stakeholder engagement

Requirements

• A Master's Degree in an appropriate field
• At least 2 years of experience in natural resource management and development field
• Have a good understanding of the socio-economic and political framework across the African geography
• Proven track-record of producing quality research, reports, presentations for projects
• Ability to navigate stakeholder engagement
