An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly qualified IT specialist, to join a global transportation company, who are consistently ranked as one of the best places to work.

This position will be a permanent role, based within the companies Singapore office. In regards to seniority, this position will sit in parallel to the Regional CIO and for that reason we are looking for someone that has significant experience within a leadership role and clear evidence in delivering large scale IT projects.

Role responsibilities 

• Lead and manage the APAC IT Transportation division 
• Design and deliver an IT strategy, that enables the organization to be a market leading transportation company within the field of IT
• Develop and install a regional transport management system that encompasses all of the companies product lines 
• Desired skills / experience
• Educated to Degree Level within an IT or Engineering field or relevant work experience
• Minimum of 10 years leadership experience in delivering large scale IT projects 
• Experience or knowledge of working within a transportation, manufacturing or logistics environment would be highly advantageous 
• Knowledge or experience of transport management systems at both a practical and strategic level would be beneficial
