About the role

I'm currently working with an International renewable energy developer, that have projects all over Asia. As of now, they are in the process of constructing a solar power project in the Philippines

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the engineering team, to conduct site investigation and to assess the technical and feasibility of developing solar PV projects

• To Develop and maintain project timeline, also to identify critical path and key milestones for success of project.

• Must possess strong time management and organisation skills

• Manage contract negotiations, with orders and oversee all subcontractors work in every phase

• Draft scope of work, review and estimate respective project budget

• Work and communicate with authorities that have knowledge with interconnection, permitting and regulatory compliances

• Someone that has managerial experience, as there will be managing of small team of engineers and will be coordinating with EPC team

• Managed on boarding of O and M team and handover

Requirements

Education:

Minimum:

• A degree or equivalent in administration or Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

• Has excellent knowledge of MS office

• Project management education

• Specialisation in Solar and/ or renewables

• PMP accreditation

Experience

Minimum:

• 5 years or more of management experience in construction projects

• Handling licenses and permits

• Handling contracts with suppliers and contractors, management of time, cost, team, quality, risk and integrity
