The company has couple projects in Taiwan and globally in 2022, and they are ready to be back on work in Spring and will need many support from local talents and expats with valid working permit.

This company is hiring for some HSE positions with couple projects but would also consider more senior candidates.


Main tasks

• Surveys construction projects to identify and evaluate physical conditions, safety practices, hazardous situations and compliance with established safety standards.
• Reviews history of accidents and claims and prepares reports and recommendations as required.
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of Taiwan's HSE legal register
• Collaborate with other wind power HSE organizations to ensure the development and maintenance of best practices. In addition, you will work with our partners, contractors and suppliers to determine HSE priorities and areas for improvement.
• Conduct proper level of Site Safety Orientations and Site Required Training to subcontractors and work partners.
• Contributes to internal and external EHS audits, in support of accountable EHS officer.
• Coordinates safety of the projects as a whole schedule, loss history, upcoming activities, etc. and provides stimulus for proactive loss control efforts.
• Provide opinions for management reviews, local audits, and provide support/guidance on matters such as PPE selection for on-site use, HSE training for onshore and offshore personnel, and emergency response.

Requirements

• On site experience in wind / renewables / construction industry
• Reasonable spoken and written English proficiency
• Holding valid TW HSE License (Type C or above)

Good to have

• GWO training
• OGUK Medical certificate
