About the role
We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and build a team of FullStack Engineers with one of the leading consultancies .

Working with a diverse engineering team, this is a strategic role with internal and external stakeholder management

In this role you will,

• Lead and build a team of FullStack Software engineers to design, develop and implement in the Asia pacific region
• Using a Hands-on approach you will lead in designing, developing, documenting and deploying production quality code for clients
• Drive adoption and set up the best practices and engineering standards, across the team.
• Collaborate closely with business leaders as part of multi-disciplinary teams to assess opportunities and technical solutions

We are looking for

• Minimum 8 years of software development experience across Fullstack development
• Prior experience in managing teams and leading projects from scratch
• 4+ years of experience with web or mobile application development and server side application (Java, Python, Node.js, Springboot, Go)
• Strong experience in architecting and designing distributed systems based on public cloud environments and associated deep understanding high-availability, and high scalability
• Prior experience in working with clients and stakeholder management is important
