A leading global Financial Services firm is looking for a highly technically, dynamic individual with passion in data and technology whether it is data architecture, data modeling or data integration. You would be supporting the data engineering team and play an active role in the project managing internal and external third-party stakeholders for a successful project delivery.

Role & Responsibilities

• You will be designing the scalable solutions, working closely with data scientists, analysts and the business managers using cutting edge technology with sophisticated methodology.
• You will analyse, identify and resolve operational incidents to identify actionable trends for continuous efficiency of the system.
• You will be constantly engaging the business users for their requirements, analysing them holistically.
• You will be playing a mentor to the junior members of the data engineering team.

Requirements / Qualifications

• You will have experience in Big Datatechnologies – Hadoop (HDFS, Zookeeper, Yarn, Spark, Hive, Impala, Kafka) with strong Scripting skills (Shell, HTML5, Javascript, Bootstrap) in addition to Cloud (AWS EMR, Azure HDInsight) and Mobile technologies as well.
• You will also have experience in programming languages in .NET or Java, Python with quality experience of 5-7 years in big data environment.
