About the Role

NextWave Partners exclusively partnered with one of the Leading Cloud Experts. They provide businesses with cloud solutions after modernising the technology infrastructure and operations. They are currently in a search for talent with experience in Sales Operations within the APAC region to build up the sales function.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and analysing key sales, business performance indicators, trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions.
  • Coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts
  • Organising data and generating deep customer insights in order to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
  • Supporting the sales team key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.
  • Attainment planning through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives to drive business objectives and territory analysis & definition for sales maximum effectiveness
  • Providing pricing and contract support by providing the sales team with high-quality and competitive proposals
  • Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency

Requirements

  • Solid prior experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot and strong capabilities in Excel will be an advantage.
  • Possess an analytical mind and as well as a strong commercial acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Work well in matrix environments as you will be working with a wide range of stakeholders .
