About the Role

We are currently working with an amazing client who specilise in Software and Technology solutions for the Agricultural industry. They are looking for an ambitious and driven slaes prfoessional to head up their ANZ sales operations. This position will someone who is keen on joing an organsation that is moving at a fast pace and is looking for career progression.

Responsibilities

• Take owner ship of all plans and strategies for developing new business and achieve compnay sales goals.
• Use data to manage your own and your team's revenue goals through weekly pipeline forecasts.
• Establish and nurture relationships and partnerships with key customers internally and externally.
• Collaboration across product, marketing and engineering teams to strategize market goals to meeting targets.

Requirements

• +5 years experience in SaaS sales.
• Experience selling into SMB and Midmarket a high volume.
• Experience leading and recruiting sales teams.
• History of exceeding sales targets and goals.
• An understanding of the Agricultural industry would be highly attractive.
