My Client is an international developer firm looking to venture into emerging markets for renewable projects. They are an international firm with multiple portfolio in asia and is now
looking for a regional marketing manager that to connect them with the market and increases their branding presence.

Responsibilities

• Marketing strategy to be established in the emerging market
• Competitors, customer, market analysis
• Building action plan for marketing with clear KPIs, outline of messages, budgets etc and coordinate with agency (if required)
• Differentiating company’s brand in emerging market and ensure marketing tasks is continuously carried out
• Digital marketing is required
• Recruit, develop and train team members
• Involvement in hiring sales staff
• Traveling is required

Requirements

• Graduate degree in marketing, business or digital communications
• Min 5 years of experience industrial sales / marketing
• Independent working leadership in fast paced environment
• Strong communication skills, problem solver
• Speak excellent English & another language is required
• Renewable energy knowledge is a plus
