The responsibility of a project manager is to focus on delivering the project to best fit the needs of the customer. In this role, the project manager will act as the intermediary between the software developers, sales team, and customers. The project manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of the software solutions to the customers.

The project manager is responsible for managing the budget, timelines, and deliverables to the customer. 

Overseeing the full process of delivering the software to the customers to cater to their needs. This is the reason why this specific project manager needs to have a technical understanding of the software in order to manage the process with the customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the relationships between different stakeholders (Software Developers, Sales team, Customers)
• Develop budgets and track progress of the project to ensure smooth delivery to the customer.
• Work closely with the software developers and customers to solve issues and integrate the product with their needs.
• Constant review of processes and measure overall performance with proper analysis tools.
