About the role
I'm currently working with a renewable energy company with a portfolio of development projects in Vietnam.
Responsibilities
Source, evaluate, analyse and secure land for wind projects. In collaboration with management, internal staff and external consultants
Duties will include prospecting, site identification and assessment. Furthermore, information gathering with local government, vitality analysis, outreach and property relationship building.
Manage permitting for project which includes interaction with national and local governments, industry groups and stakeholders
Collaborate with technical, legal, and financial resources to support development process of project
Another development and support activities as may be required by company.
Requirements
7+ years' experience in renewable energy/power plant development industry in Vietnam, with 2+ years working in rural areas
Strong track record of working cooperatively with provincial and local governments
Strong background with internal and external stakeholders
Multinational company experience
