I am currently working with a Climate Tech startup to find an experienced Product Manager to join a newly developed, collaborative software development team in Sydney.

The role

• As a Product Manager you will work closely with the technology teams to deliver an industry leading product offering, ensuring quality, effective and timely product delivery, and understand and leverage technology to deliver outstanding products
• Work across the organisation to deliver the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, championing and driving standards of Customer Experience
• Executing a product and operations strategy

• Experience defining product vision, creating and executing product roadmaps from conception to launch, defining go-to-market strategy, and leading design discussions
• An outcome focused mindset with the ability to work under pressure
• Experience with Agile/Lean digital product development
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills across diverse teams
• Passionate about understanding customers, championing their needs, and advocating for them in all interactions across the business
