Our client is one of the fastest growing businesses within SaaS solutions. They have created an enterprise piece of accounting technology. They have a particular focus on the Asian region currently, although plans for mass growth in the US have begun.

Responsibilities

As a Partner Sales Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing our strategy within partner sales for the region; whilst growing, developing and managing a sales team.
Initially, you will be leading a team consisting of a Partner Development Rep along with Account Managers

  • Responsible for managing the Partner Channel team
  • Responsible for the development and growth of the Partner Channel team
  • Managing the sales pipeline, inclusive of planning, forecasting and execution
  • Driving the Go-to-market strategy
  • Increase brand awareness, through organising and speaking at events
  • Continuous update of the CRM regarding communication with key clients
  • Utilise the resources from varying partners
  • To make use of other stakeholders in identifying sales opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven experience of having lead a sales team
  • Experience in recruiting, developing and managing a sales team
  • Experience of having implemented successful sales processes
  • Experience of having rolled out successful go-to-market strategies in the region
  • Possess strong market SaaS knowledge, along with having an exposure to the Asian region
  • Proven experience in delivering strong sales numbers
