My client is an international renewable energy player looking for an M&A Manager to be based in Taiwan. We are looking for someone who has experience successfully do M&A analysis in the market

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and execution of M&A and other investment opportunities, including:
• Performing valuation and returns analyses, including trading comparable, discounted cash flow and leveraged buyout analyses
• Oversight of transaction due diligence, including planning due diligence workstreams and management of transaction advisors
• Setting out strategy required to obtain renewable energy project opportunity
• Ability to do both technical and financial analysis on potential renewable energy project
• Preparation of investment memos for transaction approval from the board
• Negotiation of transaction documentation including sales and purchase agreements and other legal items
• Deal structuring and other transaction-related matters
