Responsibilities

• Experience in Project Finance and Mergers And Acquisitions
• Experience in Renewable energy or infrastructure preferred
• Running negotiations with co-development partners
• Being the link with the legal team in Sydney and communication with local partners

Requirements

• The right candidate has 10 Years of Negotiations experience in JV agreements and M&A combined with a degree in Finance or Business Related
• Excellent communication skills including fluent English skills (both orally and in writing)
• Renewable Energy or Infrastructure Projects Experience
