담당업무

• 토지 소유주, 지역 개발자와 토지 매입/임대 계약 협상 및 체결
• 태양광 발전소 위한 개발인허가 업무 수행 서포트
• 현장 식별 및 평가, 사업성분석, 입지분석, 시장조사 등
• 부동산 소유자 관계 구축 및 관계 관리

지원자격

• 부동산개발전문인력
• 지방에 근무 경험자
• 신재생에너지 관련 업무 경험자 우대
• 의사소통능력, 대인관계능력
