About the Role

NextWave are working with a leading Renewable Energy developer to help grow their project team in Singapore. They are putting together the core members of their team and are looking for an experienced Investment Manager to work on the Renewable Energy deals in SEA.

• Responsibilities
• Lead financial modelling of renewables projects across the region.
• Support all commercial aspects of project development through preparation of PPA negotiations, EPC procurement, financing.
• Prepare investment memo and present to third parties and support managers' decision making.
• Support transactions through due diligence and transaction closing.
• Support project finance processes to bring projects to financial close.

• Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any other relevant discipline. Master's an added advantage.
• Minimally 3 years of relevant working experience in the buy/sell side covering power, renewable energy, or infrastructure projects.
  Financial modeling experience is a must.
