About the Role
We are working with a well-known developer with strong presence in Vietnam and seeking a Investment Analyst/Manager to support their growth. The position will be based in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam and will report to the Country Manager
Responsibilities
Perform financial due diligence and analysis on prospective projects
Creating and maintaining financial models for investment evaluation of projects and financial planning.
Preparation of financial & project documents for presentation to potential and current investors on specific investments
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in business or commerce, finance
Investment banking/financial analyst background or big 4 advisory
Financial modeling and budgeting
