About the Role
Utilise your strong financial skill set to support senior management in the identification of new and acquired development opportunities within the Infrastructure and Renewable Energy sectors. As an Investment Analyst/Associate, you will provide meaningful financial analysis and market assessment to determine short and long term corporate strategy. This role will see you join an established global organisation, with strong remit across Infrastructure and Renewable Energy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in origination activities, including: market research, the assessment of regulatory frameworks, organising meetings and reaching out to potential developers/partners
• Transaction execution: assisting the origination team in finding opportunities and structuring deals, drafting offers, selecting and coordinating advisors, conducting pro-active due diligence, challenging the conclusions and managing/ supporting the governance and investment cases for these deals to the Investment Committee.
• Liaise with external stakeholders and consultants
• Create business plans for various types of businesses, develop and run financial models for various projects and opportunities

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in renewable energy OR infrastructure investment, preference for buy-side
• Exposure to transactions and able to work in a highly capable lean team
• Strong Financial Modelling, valuation analysis and due diligence background
