My Client is a renewable energy developer, responsible for delivering renewable energy projects in the region. 

They have been leading successful renewable energy projects across the world and now Taiwan is one of their main focus.

As a Human Resource Manager which will have the responsibility of overseeing all aspects of HR functions including recruitment, employment, compensation and benefits, and training

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, implement and manage all HR programs and policies
  • Developer and manage the performance review program
  • Develop and manage employee benefits
  • Design and lead inhouse and external training programs
  • Identifying staffing needs and managing the recruitment process
  • Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements
  • Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
  • Support employees and managers to manage labor-related issues internally and externally
  • Creating a good working culture for the company and motivating and supporting staff
  • Develop and monitor annual budget for HR services, employee recognition, team support, company philanthropic activities, and admin
  • Ensure that all employee records are up to date, filed, and well maintained within the HR system
  • Manage and prepare any required employee work permits as well as ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Leading and training junior assistant on HR work

Requirements

  • Have a bachelor’s degree or above in HR management
  • Have 5 years+ HR full function position
  • Have experience in managing HR in an international company and experience in recruiting staff from overseas
  • Have excellent communication and people skills
  • Have experience with managing and resolving conflicts
  • Be highly organised
  • Be detail-oriented
  • Have excellent knowledge in local Taiwan labour laws, regulations, and practices
  • Experience with HR information system
  • Fluent in Mandarin & English
