My client is a leading energy solutions provider with a strong global presence. We are searching for a Head of O&M to be based in Singapore to head up their operations business unit with a focus in the APAC region. 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall asset management activities
• Ability to identify and assess areas of improvement, risk, performance, and cost of existing asset and provide support to improve operational performance
• Work with Business Development units to provide technical input with regards to operational aspects of projects
• Involvement in due diligence activities, provide operational input into structuring of agreements and support contract negotiations process
• Establish and implementation of operational framework to ensure process safety and HSE standards are well complied
• Build and maintain relationship with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• At least 10 years of experience in O&M of renewable energy and power generation plant
• In depth understanding and technical knowledge of power and renewable energy power plants
• Knowledge in process safety and HSE standards and requirements
• Open to regular travels within the region and occassional international business trips
• Fluency in both spoken and written English is a must
