​We are currently working with a leading global IT consultancy client, who has outstanding expertise in security, digital and cloud. They are looking for high performing Google Cloud data architect talents to join their growing team and provide consulting service to customers from various industries.

Responsibilities

• Be the Google Cloud Platform technical expert who is responsible for designing and implementing GCP Cloud architecture using automated orchestration and configuration management tools

• Work closely with leading Cloud Service Providers to develop solutions and ensure compliance to enterprise security requirements, and enable digital transformation and modernization

• Participate in technical discussion with clients and team members to identify the right balance of defense-in-depth techniques in delivering secured and effective solutions

• Design and oversee implementation of secured enterprise servers, network infrastructure and cloud architectures using Infrastructure-as- code

• Responsible for technical review of design documentations and develop vendor best practices policies

Requirements

• Have at least 5 years of relevant working experiences in Google Cloud Platform

• Must have a least 1 Professional certification in Google Cloud Platform

• Ideal to have wide exposure to different cloud platform tools such as GCP, Microsoft Azure and AWS

• Have an ability to work with both technical stakeholders (i.e. software engineers) and business stakeholders (traders) to help translate business needs and develop a product driven culture

• Be able to work across the application landscape and design things in a manner that helps connect everything together

• Be technically strong in Python, Java, JavaScript, Golang and/or other technical computing languages
