My client is a leading Offshore Wind developer who are looking for an experienced EPC Director to join the business and build out a technically strong and efficient team to support the execution of a large offshore wind farm in Taiwan

Responsibilities

• Developing and managing all technical divisions at the company
• Being the lead technical representative to manage project scope, schedule, cost and resources
• Managing all technical members working on the project and overseeing the deliverables
• Taking the role of EPC Director on future projects
• Taking the lead on HSE excellence on projects
• Managing all risk on projects
• Managing project stakeholder liaison

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• Have previous hands-on experience with all phases of the execution, construction and O&M of offshore wind projects
• A minimum of 10 years experience in offshore wind energy
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Must be willing to relocate to Asia full time
