About the Role
We are working with the Global Digital Security Solution provider with great presence in SSL, PKI and IoT space and seeking Enterprise Sales Director to scale their business to the next level in Japan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take the lead responsibility for revenue generation and customer acquisition and retention in Japan for the Trust Solutions Group.
  • Develop and lead the execution of overall TSG sales strategies in Japan.
  • Close deals to gain a personal understanding of the buyer, the problem we're solving and the
    value our client delivers.
  • Build on and lead a team of high-performing sales reps in a player-coach role.
  • Extend the vision and strategy for the sales organisation.
  • Recruit world class talent. Inspire, develop, coach and mentor your team.
  • Build and nurture C-level relationships across top accounts as the executive sponsor to solidify
    our partnership and commitment to the customer.
  • Drive growth through both direct and channel driven efforts.
  • Create and manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes and the relevant metrics
    that can scale with the business.
  • Work with the management team across the business to drive growth and market expansion.
  • Lead with an aggressive 'hunter' sales approach. Be ambitious and hungry to reach for the stars.
  • Empower sales teams; recruit, lead and develop future leaders while providing mentorship,
    feedback & guidance.
  • Establish both short-term results and long-term strategy, including revenue forecasting.
  • Present our client's core message, capabilities, and conduct product demos.

    Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience closing complex enterprise software deals.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience building, scaling and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Consistently Exceeding quota and targets. As a leading member of our client's TSG Japan sales organization, you will be joining an exceptional leadership team at a fast-growing cybersecurity company. This is a tremendous opportunity for an innovative sales leader to unleash their entrepreneurial spirit and contribute to building and growing PKI presence in Japan.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing complex deals.
  • Develop and successfully implement a go-to-market strategy with a target account strategy.
  • Experience in Japan market.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles for complex products and solutions.
  • Comfortable in a "roll up your sleeves" environment.
  • Skilled at building relationships with customers and co-workers.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Magnetic ability to recruit and retain top sales staff as well as develop seasoned and incoming
    team members to sustain industry leading team.
  • Selling from the front -- a strong track record of excellence in sales and working with complex
    deals and clients.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - work and communicate effectively with key internal and external
    decision makers from different industry backgrounds throughout the globe; understand nuances
    of different markets around the world; understand the trends; and understand the customers.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new technologies
