About the Role
This position is responsible for on-boarding new clients, including training and receiving feedback on the respective products / solutions.
Responsibilities
- Sustain business growth and profitability by maximising value with each customer
- Analyse customer interaction / data to improve customer experience.
- Hold product demonstrations for customers.
- Evaluate and improve product demonstrations and other communication processes
- Minimise customer turnover, and maintain existing relationships
- Work closely with the product team in suggesting design and development enhancements
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in a customer facing position
- Proven track record of building relationships with senior stakeholders and able to manage highly strategic accounts.
- Experience in managing various stakeholder relationships to better understand solutions/engagements
