About the Role

NextWave Partners are assisting in the build out of an innovation centre in Singapore for a renowned logistics / supply chain provider. They are looking for a customer experience manager who will be the initial point of contact for prospective customers to better understand the products / solutions on offer.


Responsibilities

• Organise, plan, and monitor a company's interaction between a company and its clients.
• You will be leading the customer engagement program. This is achieved by the set-up and coordination of the Customer Innovation Workshops
• Work closely with the sales division to help them understand and define customer requirements, along with pain points
• Work with the account managers in planning customer meetings. Specifically curate guided and arrange relevant business topics through creative methodologies
  

Requirements

• Experience in sales or marketing
• Hold a strong customer focus and have a proven experience in delivering / managing workshops
• Insight in Innovation methodologies (Creative problem solving and Design thinking)
• Understanding of logistics would be highly beneficial
