Business Development Executive - Cloud Software

I'm looking for a Business Development Executive join a growing software business that specialises in Professional Services Automation. My client has a cloud product suite that allows its clients to scale at pace, increasing revenue generating streams, whilst decreasing the operational complexities of a growing business.

You will be the first hire within the sales team, with the view to help the Regional Sales Manager to grow the team out. My client places a lot of emphasis on professional development.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be owning the full sales cycle from lead to close

  • Navigate and build strategic relationships across customer leadership in operations, finance, sales and support

  • Help to deliver impactful product demos, provide insightful technical answers, and recommend creative ways to get the most out of the software products

  • Help to educate customers on the value of the product suite throughout the whole sales cycle

  • Become the trusted advisor to partner business operations & build the vendor transformation playbook

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in closing Sales role such as Account Executive, Partner Development Manager

  • Knowledge and experience with Cloud (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS) technologies, Technology Business Management, and Application Portfolio Management

  • A good understanding of how Managed Service Providers operate would be highly beneficial
