We are searching for a Business Development Manager to manage the lead generation and marketing campaigns.
- Analyze market data to identify trends/opportunities and develop strategic direction.
- Create a sales strategy in identifying new customers
- Develop existing relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring constant support
- Collaborate with our partners and technical teams to understand their business needs and handle a high volume of business engagements.
- Interact directly with our partners and clients to develop and deliver proposals, presentations and demos.
- Able to attend and present in conferences.
- Experience with developing, implementing and managing end-to-end sales process including sales workflows, stage gating processes, setting qualification criteria, CRM management, reporting and review progresses and setting quarterly targets.
- 5+ years’ experience in hardware sales
- Proven track-record in securing new business opportunities.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Travel is required once the restrictions are lifted
