My Client is an offshore wind developer in Taiwan, responsible for delivering offshore wind farm. They have been leading the development of offshore wind in Taiwan
You will be based in Taiwan, Taipei.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis on renewable energy in Taiwan, Japan and Korea and other countries which have offshore wind market or may be attractive to the company
• Support the origination, evaluation, structuring, negotiating and closing of new investment projects
• Collaborate with technical and permit terms as required to understand the feasibility of new projects
• Lead and manage due diligence, finance modelling and risk analysis
• Liaising with outside legal counsel in drafting, negotiating, reviewing and maintaining M&A and investment agreements
• Networking to obtain business information and identify new investment opportunity

Requirements

• Have a bachelor degree or above from top-tier universities in Taiwan, a MBA from foreign jurisdiction will be an advantage
• 5years+ experience in banking, financial advisory, investment or M&A – experience in renewable energy is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team and with other colleagues from different divisions
• Strong project management and execution skills
