In 2015, I began my career in recruitment, focusing on the Singapore technology market and now across North America markets. Coming from a background in engineering, I am interested in discovering the next big thing in technology. My desire to work in tech has helped me to partner with clients like Google, Meta to leading Multinational Corporations, Big 4 Consultancies. I have supported many niche start-ups in AI, FinTech, Internet and eCommerce to hire their founding engineer on to building their teams from ground up.

I spend my day partnering with leadership teams in building talent solutions and finding the best diverse technical talent there. I am a big advocate of mental health awareness and workplace wellness. Outside of work, I am also a sustainable lifestyle warrior and yoga teacher.

My thoughts on Climate-tech

Climate-tech is all about simplifying life with complicated codes. It is present in all aspects of life, at the forefront of global issues like data privacy and climate change to solving everyday problems like faster payment solutions.
