​With a passion for sustainability, I have always centered my professional career and personal life around environmental impact. I began my career in supply chain as an account manager for one of the worlds largest aluminum recyclers. Aluminum is infinitely recyclable and I worked alongside Coke, Pepsi, and Anheuserr-Busch to increase their recycled aluminum content. From there, I pivoted to Executive Search in ClimateTech where I could build out my network within this space. It thrills me to be introduced to organizations working towards a more sustainable world, and providing talented human capital to fulfill their needs.

Thought on Energy Transition:
A shift to renewable energy is only going to keep growing for the rest of our lifetime and beyond. Not only due to environmental pressures, but also government regulations. This results in the increased need for legal roles. Due to my expertise, I will continue to build relationships with major players in the renewable space, and find them the best candidates to provide legal leadership.
