My thoughts on Energy Transition:
The Renewables industry is a key passion of mine. It is such a fast-growing, innovative industry, with clear objectives to realise the zero emissions targets and it is great to be part of this. It will be a challenge, to reach the targets due to the pressure on the supply chain and of course on human capital. However with cross collaboration between governments, the supply chain, education, training facilities and while increasing efficiency and cost reductions of the projects through lessons learnt and sharing knowledge, it will be possible!
