​My career in sustainability began when I took an opportunity to work as a recruiter for various industry sectors. I had the chance to assist Asset Managers, Asset Owners, Hedge Funds, Pension Funds, Private Banks & Wealth Managers, Private Equity firms, Venture Capital houses, ESG data providers and ESG Ratings Agencies, as well as Consulting firms, in hiring professionals across a range of specialties.

During a pinnacle period in the market's advancement, a collaborative endeavor emerged, focused on effectively navigating the domains of ESG, Responsible Investment, Impact Investment, and Sustainability, thereby fostering a more profound comprehension of the industry. I had the privilege of collaborating with companies spanning various stages of their development, encompassing both nascent start-ups and globally renowned enterprises.
