My Thoughts on Renewable Energy
It is an exciting time to be involved in the Renewable Energy space. With infrastructure and construction at the forefront of Australia's economic recovery, in conjunction with a societal shift towards sustainable living, Australia is ready to further develop and refine its capability in the space.
The Renewables Sector provides much more than the infrastructure and policies for sustainability. It brings new industry and employment to regional and remote Australia. During my time in regional NSW, I saw first-hand the significant and positive impact renewable projects could bring to small rural communities. From increased funding to improve local infrastructure, through increased population, these projects brought a new breath of life into the community.
The continued development of new technologies, in partnership with strong investment, sees Australia set for an exciting transition, as the region tackles the challenges of moving away from traditional power sources to reliable and affordable green energy.
