I have been a HR Professional since 2019 having to first debut as a HR executive in Kelly Services handling HR operational scope of work for 300 contractors in my department. And then I moved over to 2 prominent French companies which specialized in the Maritime and Financial sector.

I was previously with Atlas Professionals before being internally transferred to NextWaves Partners. In addition to my recruitment background, I have tapped into different aspects of HR such as compensation and benefits, HR admin, HR operations and now Talent Acquisition.

My thoughts on Energy Transition:
The first OWF was developed in Denmark in the Year 1991 by Orsted which means it has only been 32 years. As of today, there are 200 OWFs in over 53 countries; which means that this industry is growing exceptionally strong and fast considering the need of ESG in the world that we are in. Needless to say, I am honored to be part of this growth and movement!
