About the role
You will work closely with the Global Head of Project Solutions to take over and lead the already existing Contract Recruitment desk in Clean Energy spaces to facilitate Energy Transitions regionally.
We are looking for someone who has the desire to see how far they can push themselves outside of the traditional recruitment career path with a development plan to a Senior Management position in the future.

Taiwan Office and London Office
Grow the NextWave Company Brand and establish your own personal brand as a market-leading consultant providing full life-cycle contract recruitment.
Network with and headhunt of the world’s top professionals, building a strong book of contractors within the Clean Energy space.
Develop and nurture a wide client base, delivering 360 contract services to existing and new clients.
Working with Senior Management, to formulate and execute a structured business development strategy
International travel with face-to-face client meetings to develop deeper relationships with clients and candidates
Prioritising your tasks whilst working autonomously with confidence
Prior successful 360 recruitment experience within Renewable Energy, Clean Energy, Infrastructure and/or ESG industries covering relevant markets is required.
Full hands-on contract recruitment experience is not essential although preferred.
